Wir organisieren diese Handstand Convention für Artisten, Athleten und Handstand Enthusiasten.
Vertragsabschluss
1. Die Anmeldung des Kurses via Email, Telefon, Onlineformular oder über andere Kommunikationsmittel stellt ein für den Kunden verbindlichen Antrag zum Vertragsschluss dar. Das O.K. (Organisationskomitee) prüft den Antrag des Kunden so rasch wie möglich und bestätigt dem Kunden den Antrag schriftlich, womit der Vertrag zustande kommt.
2. Nach Vertragsschluss vom Kunden gewünschte Bestellungsänderungen oder Annullierungen sind nur gültig, wenn sie durch das O.K. schriftlich bestätigt werden. Im Falle einer Annullierung oder Bestelländerung kann der gesamt Betrag, oder alle dadurch entstehende Kosten dem Kunden belastet werden. Dies entscheidet das O.K. . Krankheit oder Unfall des Kunden sind kein Annullierungsgrund und müssen vom Teilnehmer versichert werden.
3. Bei einer Absage des Events von Seiten des O.K. wird dem Kunden der bezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet. Es besteht kein Anrecht auf jeglichen Schadensersatz für den Kunden auf Grund von weiteren Ausgaben wie Reisekosten oder weiteren Ausgaben des Kunden.
Kursinhalt
4. Der Kursinhalt kann bis zum Kursdatum ändern. Es sind aber mindestens 7 Training Sessions enthalten mit Fokus auf Handstand Training.
5. Die Handstand Trainer/Innen welche wir auf der Website oder in anderen Kanälen kommunizieren können ändern. Wir versuchen die Trainer vertraglich zu verpflichten, da Verträge im Ausland aber schwierig durchzusetzen sind, kann das O.K. Ersatztrainer bestimmen.
Haftung
6. Das O.K. haftet nicht für Verletzungen der Teilnehmer oder Beschädigungen oder Diebstahl von Eigentum während dem Training oder der freien Zeit des Kurses. Der Kunde muss sicherstellen, dass er Unfall- und Krankenversichert ist um allfällige Verletzungen decken zu können sowie Diebstahlversichert bzw. Haftpflichtversichert um Sachkosten zu decken. Das Organisations-Team haftet nicht für körperliche Probleme oder Unfälle/Verletzungen aufgrund des Trainings. Es ist Sache des/der Teilnehmer/In Vorerkrankungen oder gesundheitliche Probleme abzuklären um am Training teilnehmen zu können.
7. Verursacht der Kunde in der Miet-Unterkunft Schäden können diese an Ihn weiterverrechnet werden falls diese nicht versichert sind.
Gerichtsstand
8. Die Rechtsbeziehungen zwischen dem Organisations-Team und dem Kunden unterstehen ausschliesslich schweizerischem Recht. Soweit keine zwingenden gesetzlichen Gerichtsstände vorgehen, ist für alle Streitigkeiten zwischen den Kunden und dem Organisations-Team ausschliesslich das sachlich zuständige Gericht der Stadt Bern zuständig.

Conclusion of contract
1. the registration of the course via email, telephone, online form or via other means of communication represents a binding application for the conclusion of the contract for the customer. The O.K. (Organizing Committee) will examine the customer’s application as soon as possible and confirm the application to the customer in writing, whereby the contract is concluded.
2. order changes or cancellations requested by the customer after the conclusion of the contract are only valid if they are confirmed by the O.K. in writing. In case of cancellation or change of order, the total amount or all costs arising from it can be charged to the customer. This will be decided by the O.K. . Illness or accident of the customer is not a reason for cancellation and must be insured by the participant.
3. in case of cancellation of the event on the part of O.K., the amount paid will be refunded to the client. There is no right to any compensation for the customer due to further expenses such as travel expenses or further expenses of the customer.
Course content
4. the course content can change until the course date. However, at least 7 training sessions are included with focus on handstand training.
5. the handstand trainers we communicate on the website or in other channels can change. We try to contract the trainers, but since contracts are difficult to enforce abroad, the O.K. may designate substitute trainers. can appoint substitute trainers.
Liability
6. the O.K. is not liable for injuries of the participants or damages or theft of property during the training or the free time of the course. The client must ensure that he/she has accident and health insurance to cover any injuries and theft or liability insurance to cover property costs. The organizing team is not liable for any physical problems or accidents/injuries due to the training. It is up to the participant to clarify any pre-existing conditions or health problems in order to be able to participate in the training.
7. if the customer causes damages in the rental accommodation, these can be charged to him/her if they are not insured.
Jurisdiction
8. The legal relations between the organization team and the customer are exclusively subject to Swiss law. As far as no mandatory legal jurisdiction prevails, the competent court of the city of Bern is exclusively responsible for all disputes between the customer and the organization team.
